Route management application. In this mainly have four modules calling agent, Confirmation Agent, Route Manger, Delivery manager.
Leads come through various channels including FB Marketing API integration. Calling agents calls and confirm the leads and convert to order. Call Agents can also create new leads based on direct or incoming requests or other sources.
When a new order is confirmed, it create a new Batch if a batch for the district doesn’t exist. Routing manager create routes and assign confirmation agent, delivery agent t the route. He also can merge two routes or split one route to two different routes.
Confirmation agent can see the current active routes assigned to him and orders day wise. he can call and confirm the order.
He can see active delivery in progress routes and orders in the route. He can update the delivery status there.
